The preparation is very simple and its golden color will put you in a good mood in the morning.
Bacanha has adapted this traditional Indian recipe with its raw ginger syrup, which will sweeten the mixture without adding anything.

This drink will boost you thanks to the active ingredients of curcumin present in this spice: turmeric. Its antioxidant, digestive and anti-inflammatory properties, to name just three, will allow you to keep your body in shape against stress and daily oxidation.
This miracle ingredient can be well assimilated by the body when accompanied by pepper, ginger and coconut oil.
It is the ginger that will give the drink its taste and the milk its creaminess.

FOR ONE CUP:
  • A tablespoon of turmeric powder
  • A tablespoon of coconut oil
  • 3 cl of raw ginger syrup
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Milk (cow's milk, almond/coconut milk or soy milk of your choice)

Place the turmeric, coconut oil, ginger syrup and pepper in a large cup. Add the milk previously heated to the saucepan.
You can start mixing with a spoon and then with a small electric or hand whisk for even more creaminess.
