Violet vodka

All the flavor of the violet has been captured, not in a perfume, but in a syrup, and today we offer you a recipe with this flower grown in Grasse.

INGREDIENTS :
  • 4 cl of lemonade
  • 2 cl of vodka
  • 2 cl Brut Violet syrup
  • 1 lemon zest
  • Ice
  • Violet flowers

Pour a little violet syrup into the glass. Add a squeezed lemon zest. Pour 1/3 of vodka, and top up with lemonade. For more freshness you can add ice cubes. Mix with a spoon.

As decoration you can add crystallized violet flowers or not.

For a non-alcoholic mocktail, you can follow the same preparation without the vodka!
