Pink detox smoothie (ginger, blackcurrant)

This recipe is specially designed for a winter smoothie with seasonal vegetables.

INGREDIENTS :

  • half fennel
  • 2 carrots
  • half cooked beetroot
  • 2 celery stalks
  • lemon juice
  • raw ginger and blackcurrant syrup

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Add a little lemon to cut the bitterness of the vegetables.

2 cl of raw blackcurrant syrup for a more fruity and gourmet side. And 2 cl of raw ginger syrup to bring a spicier note.
