Grapefruit rosemary

INGREDIENTS :

  • 12 cl pink grapefruit juice
  • 3 cl of raw rosemary syrup
  • grapefruit, lemon or orange segments


Place ice cubes in the bottom of the glass, then pour in the ingredients, starting with the syrup, and mix with a cocktail spoon. Serve chilled, preferably in glasses that have been refrigerated beforehand.
You can decorate with a sprig of rosemary and grapefruit segments.
