Strawberry sorbet

INGREDIENTS for 4 servings:

Fruit sorbets are usually made from a sugar syrup and then with mixed fresh fruit. In this recipe we suggest you mix our raw strawberry syrup directly with the mixed fruit. With this simple recipe you will have an even tastier sorbet.

Blend 350 g of strawberries, for 4 portions of sorbet. Pour 5 to 10 ml of raw strawberry syrup, depending on your taste (more or less sweet).

If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into an airtight container and put it in the freezer for an hour. During this time, you can mix with a spoon 2 or 3 times.

With an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into the bowl and follow the instructions for your appliance.
