Cold gin and tonic (yuzu)

INGREDIENTS :

  • 4 cl of gin
  • 10 cl of tonic
  • 2 cl of raw yuzu syrup
  • lemon slice and rosemary sprig

Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for a few seconds then pour into a stemmed glass. You can garnish the glass with a slice of lemon and a sprig of rosemary.
