Rhubarb (raspberry) Gin Fizz
INGREDIENTS :
- 3 cl botanical gin
- 2 cl of rhubarb liqueur
- tonic fever tree
- lime slices
- 2 cl of raw raspberry syrup
- ice
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for a few seconds then pour into a Martini glass using a strainer. You can garnish the glass with a slice of lemon.
