Kir melon
INGREDIENTS :
- sparkling wine like prosecco,
- raw melon syrup,
In a stemmed glass, pour first the raw melon syrup, then the sparkling wine. To be enjoyed chilled, accompanied by a fruit salad for example, or as an aperitif with savory appetizers.
