Kumquat breakfast martini (yuzu)
INGREDIENTS :
- 4 cl of gin
- 2 cl of orange liqueur like Cointreau
- 2 cl of raw yuzu syrup
- 1 teaspoon kumquat marmalade
- ice
Put all the ingredients in a shaker. Add ice and shake for a few seconds then pour into a Martini glass using a strainer. You can garnish the glass with a slice of lemon.
