Bergamot Martini

INGREDIENTS :
  • juice of one freshly squeezed lemon
  • 4 cl gin
  • black tea
  • 2 cl of raw bergamot syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • ice
Squeeze a lemon to obtain 2 cl of juice in the shaker. Add 2 cl of raw bergamot syrup. Place 4 cl of gin infused with black tea.
Add the egg white.
Place a few ice cubes in the shaker and shake energetically .
Strain while serving in your cocktail glass.
