Almond Pancakes

INGREDIENTS :

  • 5 cl of raw almond syrup
  • 400 g flour
  • 50 g of almond powder
  • 3 g of baking powder
  • salt
  • 160 ml of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • red fruits for topping
Sift the flour (flour + almond flour + baking powder) through a sieve. Mix the sifted powder, milk, eggs and 50 ml of almond syrup without making lumps.
Lightly oil the pan and cook over medium heat. After placing the pancakes on a plate and decorating them, pour a little Bacanha almond syrup just before serving.
